This privacy policy explains how ‘we’ (Logistics Institute) collect and use your personal data when you use the services provided on the NR+ Integrated Digitised Rail Infrastructure Platform for Planning.

The information contained on this Platform is provided by the Logistics Institute and whilst we do our
best to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind,
express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect
to the Platform or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Platform for
any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
Without limiting the effect of the previous paragraph, we reserve the right to introduce changes to the
information given, including the addition, withdrawal, re-location or restructuring of information on our Platform.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential
loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of or in connection
with the use of this Platform.

Registration information: You need an account to use the Services provided by our Platform. When you

passwords or other account identifiers which you choose and all activities that occur under your account.

- you will not create registration accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site, or other users; nor will you seek to pass yourself off as another user.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware any unauthorised use of your password or account identifiers by others.
Termination of registration
If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by sending an email to support@lampada.co. If you no longer accept these terms and conditions, or any future modification to these terms and conditions, you must cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform indicates your continued acceptance of these terms and conditions.If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of the Platform immediately and without prior notice. We may terminate your registered account, at our sole discretion, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated.
Information we collect through Cookies
What are Cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on your hard drive to allow the Logistics Institute to recognise you when you visit. They can remember your preferences by gathering and storing information. They do not identify you as an individual user, just the computer used. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or create viruses on your computer. It does not give the Logistics Institute access to your computer.

You can contact us with regard to the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- If you would like to have a copy of the personal data we hold on you or if you think that we hold incorrect personal data about you, please email support@lampada.co. We will deal with requests for copies of your personal data or for correction of your personal data within one month. If your request is complicated or if you have made a large number of requests, it may take us longer. We will let you know if we need longer than one month to respond.
- Where you have provided us with consent to use your personal data, you can withdraw this at any time.
- You also have the right to ask us to delete your personal data or restrict how it is used. There may be exceptions to the right to erasure for specific legal reasons which, if applicable, we will set out for you in response to your request. Where applicable, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data for certain purposes.
